Modify account data

Keeping your account information up to date is important to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you need to modify your information, follow these simple steps:

Steps to Modify your Account Information

1. Login to your Account
   • Go to our home page and click on "My Account" or "Login".
   • Enter your username and password to access your account.
2. Access the Profile Section
   • Once you are in your account, look for the "Profile", "Account Information" or "Account Settings" option.
   • Click on this section to view your current data.
3. Edit the desired information
   • Here you can modify different data, such as:
     • NameChange your first or last name if necessary.
     • E-mail address: Update your email address if it has changed.
     • Telephone Number: Modify your contact number to make sure we are in touch with you.
     • Shipping AddressIf you need to change your shipping address, find the corresponding section and edit it.
4. Save Changes
   • After making the modifications, be sure to click on "Save Changes" or "Update" so that the new information is stored correctly.
5. Verify Update
   • Check that the modified data appear correctly in your profile.

Important: Email Changes

If you decide to change your email address, you may need to verify the new email through a link we will send you. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.
