  • Delivery Times
    - Peninsular Spain: 48-72 hours
    - Balearic Islands: 48-72 hours
    - Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands: Up to 7 days
    - International shipments: 10 days
  • Delivery Commitment
    Kasikao is committed to meeting the established delivery times. In case of any inconvenience that prevents us from meeting these deadlines, we will contact you to offer you an appropriate solution. If you decide to cancel your order due to a delay, you will be able to choose between a refund of the amount paid (if the payment was made through PayPal) or select another product from our catalog.
  • Shipping Costs
    - Peninsular Spain: 7,90€, with free shipping for purchases over 49,90€.
    - Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Consult specific rates.
  • Sacks and Tatamis:
    • Sack: 28€ per unit
    • Tatami: Consult us

Returns

The customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return. It is important that the order is in bad condition, broken or wrong for the return to be authorized by Kasikao.

  • Return Request Process
    To request a return, the customer must contact Kasikao's Sales Department. The request must include the following information:
    - Customer's name and surname
    - Order number
    - Customer's e-mail address

  • Costs Associated with Returns
    In general, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Kasikao has made a mistake in shipping the product. This includes situations such as the shipment of an incorrect product, a wrong size exchange or a defective product.

  • Product Refund or Replacement
    If it is confirmed that the product is defective, Kasikao will send a new product or one of similar characteristics to the customer. In case of cancellation of the order, we will proceed to refund the amount paid or offer the possibility to choose another product from the catalog.
