Shipping and Returns Policy
Kasikao sends all its shipments through our trusted logistics operator GLS, both for domestic and international shipments. The shipping time is between 48 and 72 hours for domestic shipments, up to 7 days for shipments outside the peninsula (Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands) except Balearic Islands and 10 days for international shipments. We offer the maximum guarantee in the fulfillment of the shipping requirements, in case the delivery time cannot be met, Kasikao will contact you to find a solution to your order. In the event that as a customer you decide to cancel the order, you can make a refund of the amount paid in advance, in case of payment by Pay Pal, or offer any other product from our extensive catalog.
- All returns are paid by the customer except for shipping error by kasikao (product change, size change or not like the product) Kasikao would only take charge in case of error by sending the product.

Order returns
Once an order has been placed and delivered, the customer will have 30 days to request its return. In this case it will be kaiskao who will authorize the return by checking that the order is indeed in poor condition, broken or wrong and therefore fully justified such return. The request for the return of an order must be made to:

If the reason for the return is the defective condition of the product, Kasikao will send a new product or a product of similar characteristics / category.
