UFC boss Dana White spoke to TMZ sport and said that former boxer Floyd Mayweather is eager to try his luck in MMA and that Conor McGregor would love to be his first opponent inside the octagon.
"I'm interested and obviously he's interested," White told TMZ of Mayweather's potential UFC entry. "The last time we were both interested, you saw what happened."
When asked about Mayweather's first UFC opponent: "Possibly Conor, I know what Conor wants," Dana White commented.
Mayweather and McGregor faced each other in August 2017, a mega-event where "The Money" defeated the Irishman by TKO in the tenth round.
