Once the order is received in the warehouse, we will prepare to confirm the stock of the items available, after this step, we will send you an email confirming the merchandise and its shipment or informing you of its status.
You will be informed at all times of the status of your order: pending, confirmed or shipped. If you wish to receive more information, please contact the Customer Service Department at Kasikao either by e-mail at email@example.com or through the contact form on the website.
- Cash on delivery, allowing you to pay once the order is received. To do so, choose 'Cash on Delivery' and pay in cash to the courier company upon delivery. This payment method will have an additional cost that will be included in the shipping costs.
- Pay Pal. Payment method designed for buyers, where you can make, free of charge, payments for your purchases safely on the Internet. Payment method accepted worldwide that we have available especially for those users who have paypal account.
- By bank transfer following the steps indicated in the purchase process, the order will not be processed until Kasikao verifies that the amount has been credited to your account.
Once your order is confirmed, we proceed to ship it. It is the time to inform you by email the shipping confirmation and the tracking code of the package. So the normal delivery time will be 2-3 working days, from the date of the order.
Each price marked on the product includes its selling price of the product, the discount (if any) plus the corresponding VAT. Shipping costs will be included at the end of the process, as well as handling fees if the payment is cash on delivery.
Your order will arrive by courier. Kasikao will send an e-mail to the user informing of the departure of the order from the warehouse with the details of the shipment provided through the portal of the carrier. If at the time of delivery the user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.
Once 7 working days have elapsed since the departure of the order without the delivery having been arranged, the user must contact Kasikao, otherwise the order will be returned to the warehouses and the user will be responsible for the shipping costs and return of the goods to their origin, as well as any associated management costs.
In some cases we have detected that our emails are received as "spam" or "junk mail", so that it does not happen you must include our address in your contact list. If you see that it is not in your inbox, check the "spam" folder and mark it as spam. If you are not in any of these two cases you should contact us so that we can check that the order is received correctly by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
The user must check the good condition of the package with the transport company at the time of delivery, reporting on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If later, once the product has been checked, any incidence is detected (blow, breakage, damage, etc.), the user must communicate it by e-mail to email@example.com in the shortest possible time (maximum 7 working days), in order to process the return.
All products purchased on kasikao.com may be returned and refunded, for this, the user must contact the Customer Service Department of kasikao within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order, either by e-mail at the address firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact form on the website, indicating:
- The word "return" in the subject line.
- Order number.
- References of returned products.
- Reason for return.
- Pick-up address.
- Pick-up time preference (morning or afternoon).
Shipping and return costs will be borne by the user, except in the case of defective or incorrect products. Therefore, if the reason for the return is attributable to kasikao (defective, wrong product, etc.), the use of this service will be free of charge.
All product returns must comply with the following: the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, keeping its labeling and original packaging, a copy of the delivery note must be included, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return, as well as a copy of the purchase receipt.
In the case of acceptance of the return, Kasikao will send the user an e-mail confirming such acceptance and will proceed to credit the amount of the returned products minus the shipping and return costs, except in the case of defective or incorrect products, in which case the shipping costs will also be refunded.
If the return is not accepted by kasikao due to non-compliance with the above conditions, the user will not be entitled to a refund. However, the user may request that the products be returned to him/her, assuming the new shipping costs.
